Autism SA (formerly
Autism Association of South Australia) did a
complete overhall of it's identity. Beginning
with a name change we then developed and adopted
a plan to implement the visual identity change
through the entire organisation beginning with
the logo.
A bookmark was produced easily
explaining the new identity and read:
The new identity portrays
many facets of Autism SA. The yellow reflects
optimism for the future and working as a team
to continuously improve in the face of the difficult
circumstances for all involved.
The shadow symbolises
our past. The jigsaw piece, internationally
recognised as the symbol for Autism Spectrum
Disorders, reflects our continued efforts to
solve the puzzle.
The new lettering is bold
and strong, symbolic of everyone involved with
Autism Spectrum Disorders. The new colouring
identifies us as unique and is a combination
signifying strength in partnership. A team effort.
